History
Back in 1842, Gerolamo Mussi founded in Milan the "F.lli Mussi fu Gerolamo", a manufacturing company designing and developing industrial plants in the chemical and food industry sectors.
For over a century and a half (six generations), the descendants of the founder led us until we became a reference in plant engineering for the production of alcohol.
First in Italy and then abroad, we have contributed to writing the history of the beverage world, counting among our customers some of the biggest production companies in the sector.
Driven by the desire for constant and continuous improvement, we have pioneered many distillation and evaporation technologies that today represent the standard in the process industry. Over the years, we have introduced the chemical, pharmaceutical, and renewable energy sectors (bio-ethanol plants).
Our orientation towards continuous improvement becomes evident when, in the recent past, we became the property of the Barison Industry Group, which has contributed significantly to our development.
